Every year, an unknown number of people are presented with formal documents they did not request, drafted by individuals they know personally. The Undersigned Trust exists to support them.
Awareness
CDRS remains under-recognised, in part because those affected often assume the document was, in some sense, their fault. It was not.
Support
Our peer network connects recipients of unsolicited agreements with others who understand. You do not have to ratify anything to attend.
Research
The Trust supports the ongoing study of compulsive drafting behaviours, their social impact, and their natural course over time.
Most unsolicited covenants are never signed. The drafting continues regardless.
